Shipping policy

We aim to process orders within 2 days of receiving them. 

Shipping times can vary depending on locations however we aim to have your order to you within 7 working days via NZ post couriers.  

We ship throughout New Zealand. If you are wanting to purchase outside of New Zealand, please get in touch at hello@leavinglegacies.co.nz and we can assist you with shipping costings.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once you we have received your returned items and advise you of your refund status. When approved you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.
